Happy Independence Day

You know that cramp in your calf you get when you didn't drink enough water, or you stood too long, or it was 90* in the shade, or all of those things happened at the same time? Why is it called a charley horse?

And why doesn't anyone notice me stomping around my upstairs howling in pain, guzzling water, stomping some more and finally limping/walking it off? Then both the adults I live with were curious if I was going to make dinner before they had to leave for their evening commitments. I love them both and they were super helpful at my Stampin' Up! garage sale yesterday, but not good nurses.

The garage sale was a huge success. I am so grateful to all my customers who shop with me all year long and then turn out in the June heat every year to take advantage of cut-rate prices and stock up on gently used products. I promised a raffle of one kit to duplicate the flag shown above, but the sales were so stupendous, I decided to go  wild-n-crazy and make 3 kits! I had all the supplies out anyway, so I pulled three tickets and have the kits ready for Julianne, Iris and Bev, big winners! No frame, just the kits, and a few color differences, but basically the same project.
