Happy Birthday to Penelope

My niece lives in a household of men, 3 brothers, one dad and Mom lives in a sane, quiet place around the corner. The poor girl needs a pretty sparkly birthday card to decorate the place!

And everyone knows that I love a nice banner! The gold shimmer spray is fabulous in real life, here it looks a bit like I spilled my coffee. . . but it is really pretty.

This medallion is on a Big Shot die that has banner triangles on it, so far, I have used the medallion many times, but the banner. . . not so much. I need to make a project and get my money's worth out of that die!
