This is my darling daughter and my lovely Mother-in-Law, taken about 4 years ago at a swim meet. Just after this time, my MIL was diagnosed with Alzheimer's and we have been saying goodbye to her ever since. She passed away on Friday, and she will be sorely missed. Please pray for all of us as we grieve her loss.
More cards and projects will be coming, but I will be busy for a couple days.

Dear Dee, I'm here because I received your card at Glenda's event yesterday (10/17/09) and read this post.
ReplyDeleteMy heart goes out to you and your family. I know what it's like to lose someone still so young and I know your MIL will be greatly missed. Over time God will heal your broken heart and turn your mourning into dancing.
She will always be with you in spirit and you will be reunited with her again.
You and your family are in my prayers and will remain for as long as God lays you on my heart.

I am so sorry she lost her battle with Alzheimer's. What a long battle for everyone. My granny has it and it just breaks my heart.
