Christmas is sooo close!

Remember when I had a job? Other than this fun job of stamping. It was a part time gig in the office of a small fundraising vendor. Christmas was their BUSY time and for 10 years, I was overworked during December and did not enjoy the build-up and party atmosphere of Christmas.

But no more! I walked out one day, fed up with the shenanigans, and never looked back! Since then, they have closed their doors and my immediate supervisor has surely gotten her "just desserts" -- whoa, that felt good, or maybe just naughty. LOL

This year I have the tree up, the halls decked, I sent out a pile of cards, no-one is getting gift cards because Amazon brought me all the good stuff that I can wrap and give. This feels so much better! I think I finally have recuperated from so many years of "no Christmas cheer."

This is the third installment of cards we swapped at my annual Christmas Shoebox Swap. Even though it is probably too late to make Christmas cards to mail, maybe you want to whip one up to attach to a present, or to deliver a gift card? So think of these as individual inspirational gems.

First is Roberta's fancy die-cut beauty. She did a ton of the work ahead of time so that we could each make this gorgeous card. I love the plaid DSP, but the fance die-cut is definitely the star!

Michelle joined us for her first time and it was great to have a new face at the Swap. She brought the pretty heat-embossed ornament and we could add the pearls or leave them off, if planning to mail this card.

Next is Ruth with the lovely white embossed card and the fancy pine-cone die cut. So beautiful!

And last, for today, is Sharon's fancy ornament card. Thankfully she did all the die-cutting ahead for us and I think she even adhered the glimmer paper to the red ornaments, saving us from getting glue on our fingers! Yea!

If you haven't noticed, Stampin' Up! loaded up the Clearance Rack so that you can get ready for your next major project. I stocked up on pink glimmer paper, because I know that Valentine's Day will be prettier if there is some glitter shimmer going on!

That's not the only thing, the dies for Sharon's card are on sale, lots of ribbon, a card kit and a bunch more! Don't wait til your favorites are gone, order now!  Each person placing an order before Christmas will also receive a little holiday gift from me! I will throw a pack of Convention Swaps in the mail to inspire or build up your stash! So jump on it and feel free to email me or order online -- use hostess code 2Z9VXHZK so I get a notification!

Merry Christmas,

Dee Tollaksen
