Such a beautiful elegant card, brought to the Holiday Shoebox Swap by Cindy. While it appeals to me because it isn't too busy, upon further study, it does have quite a bit going on. The beautiful cardinal, colored using the perfect tones of red, green and yellow. The embossing folder, with a blank "frame" in the centr for the cardinal. The paper flower, creating more depth and dimension. And the beautiful stretch of ribbon, with sparkle and dimension. Not to mention that the entire white panel is layered over a green panel and then the red card base!
