Free Stamps just for joining Stamp Club

September 2016 will go down in the books as the perfect autumn month, the kids are safely ensconced in class and the weather has looped back to August in the daytime but perfectly hit the sweet spot at night! The afternoons are hot enough to wander over to a friends home for a float in the crystal clear pool with no threat of children anywhere, then pull a nice dinner out of the crock pot and the evening cools down beautifully for easy sleeping with open windows and cool breezes. This is why we live in the Midwest: autumn!

And this is why card making is so much fun: Halloween! Vampires, skeletons, scarecrows, pumpkins, mummy, bats and witches and they are super cute (not scary)-- and there is a punch in the bundle price to make them easy to trim!

Plus we can make as many as we want and there will definitely be someone to hand them to, because the costumes come out and kids come ringing the bell and an overly decorated treat is just as welcome as a plain-old candy on Halloween!

The cookie Cutter Halloween Stamp Set is super fun and easy to use, this little candy holder features the tag topper punch, which is kind of hidden by the candy, and some thick bakers twine. It is nice that the twine easily frays for some fun texture.

These three cards/projects are from my September Stamp Club. We have a few openings and would really love some friends to join the Club to enjoy the fun and benefits of Stamping in a "benefits" club. We meet on the first Wednesday of the month, make 3 projects, pay $15 (cash or catalog purchase) and each member is "hostess" once during the "year." Meetings are at my home, so I provide the M&Ms; members can drop in any time between 1 pm and 8 pm; we meet from Sept thru June (10 months) and when you are "hostess" you get the accumulated sales benefits of all 10 members' purchases, sometimes as much as $50 or more in free product!

Our second card features the Fox & Friends Stamp Set and punch bundle. We made a cute lemony kitty and learned the technique (trick!) of how to put the 3 stamps on the acrylic block perfectly so that after you stamp them you can then punch them all at the same time! Leave me a comment if you don't know the technique (trick!) and I'll make a little tutorial and share it for everyone. Don't feel bad, no-one in my club knew this simple trick, it isn't something anyone is born knowing, but it is simple!

The third card is a beautiful all occasion card featuring Touches of Texture stamp set, which is so gorgeous! It has three different flowers, a bunch of different texture stamps and then a bonus of a dragonfly and a big fat bumblebee! I think I planned to add the bee to this card and then didn't want to mess with the color scheme. But we had fun with the washi tape. My club members haven't all jumped on-board the washi bandwagon, so this was a good project to embellish with a touch of texture and color from ribbon and washi.
